Satisfaction Guarantee
I (Fr Simon) strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every product as it’s described on our Web sites. You’re eligible for a refund within 30 days if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on my part or if the product doesn’t arrive. Issue:
1. Incorrect Item Delivered/ Item Not As Described/ Item Was Damaged
You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on my part. If you receive the incorrect item or if it arrives damaged, you’ll also be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to Fr Simon within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.
2. Item Did Not Arrive
You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your item hasn’t arrived as of the Estimated Delivery Date, up until 30 days past. Shipping of items is via Evri which provides tracking information. If the Tracking indicates the item has arrived, the refund request is void.
In cases where the item is returned for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes item price only:
- incomplete address,
- unclaimed item,
- returned to sender, or similar.
3. Buyer Does Not Want Item
I am happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind about an item. Contact me directly before initiating these returns, as otherwise the return may be cancelled.
For, if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as you received it in, you’ll be refunded the price of the item (not including original or return shipping charges). If the book is returned not in the same condition as sent, the item will not be refunded.
4. Partial Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the item, you can negotiate a partial refund with me for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Partial refunds can be issued on the item price, the shipping amount, or both. Please note that while you may request a partial refund, Fr Simon is not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the item for a full refund instead.
How to Initiate a Return/Raise an Issue:
You can initiate a return by contacting Fr. Simon on simon@rundell.org.uk and I will try and either resolve the matter to your satisfaction or advise on the item’s return and refund.
Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed to your credit card once Fr Simon receives the item back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the item doesn’t arrive and tracking isn’t provided, the refund will be cancelled.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
